Content Management - edit|forward

edit|forward is an easy and affordable way for customers with no web application experience to maintain their websites without the use of a costly web development team. For a fraction of the cost of traditional website maintenance, edit|forward allows customers to completely manage their internet presence on their own. Developed completely in house, edit|foward was designed with the user in mind.

edit|forward's main component is the Content Manager. This is a basic "word-like" editor that creates the corresponding web (html) code. With a familiar looking interface, users can easily manage all text and images, insert hyperlinks and more. Below is a screen shot of the Content Manager:

Secure Document Manager

Gives the main admin user the ability to upload documents to a secure section of your web site. The admin user can then create accounts for any desired persons and assign specific permissions based on user account. This manager provides a log of all user activity including login times and files accessed.

Calendar/Event Manager

Allows users to add/edit/delete events. These can be displayed in a chronological list order or in a monthly calendar format.

News Manager

Allows users to add/edit/delete news items. Items are displayed in chronological order. Items can be 3rd party web links and tagged to expire upon a desired date.

User Manager

Gives the main admin user the ability to add/edit/delete other internal users. The admin can assign permissions to other key managers and specific files to manage.
